No, it's named for Buckland (Megalosaurus bucklandii). You're thinking of the giant salamander Andrias scheuchzeri, which was originally named Homo diluvii testis ("man who witnessed the deluge") by Scheuchzer.

Mercifully, 'Scrotum humanum' isn't actually a name. It was never
intended as a binomial, and there's no reason to treat it as one
since.
