Re: deep wing conundrum, help!



Not that I am a proponent of the "deep-chord" wing model, but it is conceivable 
they never waded. Some shorebirds
don't deal with relatively deep water and most are either very small and it 
wouldn't matter much, or very large,
and wouldn't matter much, perhaps.
