As a German, I feel for once competent to say something about this:
Indeed "kamm" means "comb" or "ridge". However, I am quite sure that
Kammsaurier does NOT refer to Lambeosarids, but rather to Pelycosaurs like
Dimetrodon and Edaphosaurus.
