Cryolophosaurus

I am preparing a addition to my dinosaur art web site to include a 
cryolophosaurus replica. I was wondering if anyone could supply the source 
for the original publication. I have only seen very basic news releases at 
the time of announcement, and would like to see any pictures, especially of 
the head, and crest. I noted James Gurney includes the dinosaur in his new 
book. It  looks exactly like my replica. Perhaps he based his work on the 
same model.
