       I know William Stout did a version that was published as a cover to 
     the Dino Times, and that he had it prior to SVP94, 'cause he was 
     showing it the paleontologists that found it in Antartica at one of 
     the evening events (and also talking about what a delight flying to 
     sites in Antartica was.)  I understand he did his restoration based on 
     stuff he did personally with the actual fossil.
       It was a side pose-full body with a tree behind it-in a watercolor 
     style similar to Arthur Rackham's, and it made the crest look rather 
     like a spanish mantilla comb.  This has been the only art I've seen 
     for it.
