Improbable would probably be the safer bet. Turtles hardly have the build for an arboreal, or even scansorial, animal, yet there are numerous accounts of small semi-aquatic and land turtles found climbing trees.

Turtles sprawl and tend to have more in the way of claws than sauropods. The semiaquatic ones also have much longer fingers & toes. I wonder if they can use the beak, too...
