1908 Paris Diplodocus dinner's menu

Dear all,

We know the first Diplodocus skeleton is assembled in 1908, funded by
Andrew Carnegie. Casts are made for major natural history museums.
This cast was unveiled on June 15, 1908, by President Fallières,
Paris, Natural history museum. The day, they have a fascinating
dinner, and the menu was named by lost paleontology. Anybody can
provide this menu? Tahnk you very much!
