I also have the following for 2008:

Asylosaurus yalensis (another perfect example: dated 2007, but I think not 
actually out until 2008)
Eocarcharia dinops
Kryptops palaios
Loricatosaurus priscus (advance online publication)
Orkoraptor burkei (advance online publication)
Sahaliyania elunchunorum
Wulagasaurus dongi

And if you're into pterosaurs:

Elanodactylus prolatus
Nemicolopterus crypticus
Raeticodactylus filisurensis

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe Loricatosaurus and 
Orkoraptor can be considered formally published until they're out in print.
