  Indeed true. *Goyocephale*'s premaxillary "fangs" are very similar to those
of *Heterodontosaurus*, though I am not sure of other serrae present on other
pachycephalosaurs with premaxillary dentition, as those of *Stegoceras* are
fairly smooth and simply carinate without serrae.
