Not to create the most of the lift (perhaps in some special
circumstances).
I think you have misunderstood the situation here a bit. The
aerodynamic forces on a wing are produces by the fluid flows - these
flows can be modeled in a few different ways, and the Bernoulli model
is one of them. However, using a Bernoulli model turns out to be
quite clumsy and difficult for most real wings with any level of
complexity, and so a vortex model is generally preferred. It's a
difference in models, only - they are not distinct effects.
