Yes, none of them has teeth anywhere on the palate.

What might have been the lifestyle of this critter? It seems to me like a large, and maybe burrowing forest-floor dweller, but any other ideas?

From the skull reconstruction I'd say fish-eater (as if there weren't enough
in Triassic ecosystems!). But the legs are probably a bit long for this.
