(Just to point out, "tweedy" is how we university faculty sometimes dress. The
Warner Brothers character is "Tweety" :-).

Don't have it handy, but Neil Gaiman (in _Ananzi Boys_) has a wonderful quote
on the flipside, about the dinosaurian nature of
modern birds (and how every crow is like a little _Velociraptor_ at heart...).
