Again, more'n one way to skin a cat. In what flight position does it hold
its hindlimbs? If tucked forward in flight with knees bent, no cg problem,
and no hindwings required -- the tip fan alone will do the job of holding
the tail up.

more likely than others to have hindlimb wings.
Plus, I forgot to add that *Shenzhouraptor* (including *Jeholornis*) has
such a tip fan, but so far no "hindwings" have been found. Osteologically
the animal does not appear flightless...
