Despite the unexpected proliferation of Carnian herbivorous archosaurs, there doesn't seem to be any potential for such a link. *Revueltosaurus* seems to be a crurotarsan pretty immune to doubt, while *Silesaurus* is instead _very_ similar to the dinosaurian end of things, if not even inside it.

Very true. But what I was alluding to is that, given that _Revueltosaurus_ and_Silesaurus_ are both herbivorous non-dinosaurian archosaurs from the Late Triassic, it is possible that superficially ornithischian-like teeth could come from 'silesaurs', as well as 'revueltosaurs'.
