Dear Majid, Although it's long since been out of
print, I'd suggest reading Elizabeth Noble Shor's
book, THE FOSSIL FEUD,1974 Exposition Press (ISBN
0-682-47941-1). It's an exhaustive and well-documented
treatment of both men's antagonism and their
