Not only Rugulops will be a nomen nudum, but also "you know". _Know_ would
be a species of the genus _You_.
I can imagine it:

Greetings,
February 2004 is coming with two informal names from the newly discovered
abelisaurian theropod from Niger.
The entries will be
_Rugulops_ Bradley, 2004 [nomen nudum] as the #1016 genus in the list (you
may note it lacks a type species)
and
_You know_ Bradley, 2004 [nomen nudum] as the #1017 genus in the list
The genera count is updated to 1017.
