Yes, I went back and checked the reference in the archives. 
Fraser et al. have not, yet, published on being first revisor, 
so I'm not sure when they distinguish, given the two 
published names, which will be set aside. However, I am 
completely happy with using *Agnosphitys.*

Fraser et al. clearly intended to use _Agnosphitys_ (as 
shown by their description of the name's etymology) and 
_Agnostiphys_ [sic] was a typo. 

Fraser formally instated the first spelling in Fraser (2002), 
the note reported on the DML page cited above.
