If I remember correctly and if the "jugal thingy" is the same as the "jugal

from that present in Zephyrosaurus and Orodromeus infact in Ceratopsia the
"jugal thingy" present a dorsoventral crest on the lateral surface of the
jugal, this crest divides the lateral aspect of the jugal into rostral and
caudal surfaces. This crest seem to be absent in the "jugal thingy" of
Hypsilophodontids.

The jugal boss in _Orodromeus_ has been described by Pete Buchholz (I assume so) on-list as looking like someone stuck an Altoid (a type of breath mint) on the jugal, which appears to be true according to Rod Sheetz's work on it (Sheetz,Ph.D.thesis, 1999).
