Laevisuchus should be a noasaurid (Carrano et al., 2002).
Masiakasaurus should be a definite noasaurid, but it's quite possible the
elaphrosaur clade (Elaphrosaurus, Chuandongocoelurus, Ligabueino?) is more
basal than noasaurids + abelisaurids.
Prodeinodon mongoliensis should be Neotheropoda incertae sedis.
Szechuanosaurus campi should be Neotheropoda incertae sedis.
Embasaurus should be Neotheropoda incertae sedis.
Chingkankousaurus resembles a dorsal rib fragment more than a scapula, so is
better placed as Neotheropoda incertae sedis
(http://www.cmnh.org/dinoarch/2002Aug/msg00488.html).
The holotype of Aublysodon is from the Judith River Group, so is not
Tyrannosaurus rex. It could be placed down next to Deinodon instead, though
it's possibly not diagnostic to any clade more exclusive than Eotyrannus +
Tyrannosauridae.
I think Deinocheirus isn't necessarily more derived than Harpymimus, given
the fact that the more basal Pelecanimimus shares its derived hand
morphology.
I also think Anserimimus is closer to Ornithomimus (=Dromiceiomimus?) than
to Struthomimus or Gallimimus
(http://www.cmnh.org/dinoarch/2001Jan/msg00714.html).
Richardoestesia (I see you left the h out, oh the fun...) could always be a
basal coelurosaur, so should be Coelurosauria incertae sedis.
The evidence for arctometatarsalian alvarezsaurids is not as weak as often
portrayed, so perhaps they should be Maniraptoriformes incertae sedis
(http://www.cmnh.org/dinoarch/2003Jan/msg00160.html).
Neimongosaurus is more derived than Beipiaosaurus, so could at least be
placed up next to Alxasaurus. I'm really not certain about any other clade
within Segnosauria besides "everything except Beipiaosaurus".
I think Archaeornithoides could be arctometatarsalian, so should be
Maniraptoriformes incertae sedis.
Both Bradycneme and Heptasteornis should be Maniraptoriformes incertae
sedis.
Phaedrolosaurus could be a basal coelurosaur. Best placed as Coelurosauria
incertae sedis (http://www.cmnh.org/dinoarch/2000Oct/msg00076.html).
Dromaeosauridae is defined as (Dromaeosaurus + Velociraptor) isn't it?
I don't think velociraptorines as currently thought of (Velociraptor,
Deinonychus, Saurornitholestes) have a good chance of being monophyletic. I
wrote a long piece on this offlist, and could find it if anyone's
interested.
Rahonavis has been placed closer to neornithines than Archaeopteryx in all
modern analyses (Clarke et al., Chiappe).
I don't think Platanavis can be placed anywhere more exact than Pygostylia
incertae sedis now.
I see no reason to place Kuszholia any higher than Pygostylia incertae
sedis.
The Ornithuromorpha should be structured like-
Ornithuromorpha (=Euornithes?)
