I think the new record is-

undescribed neotheropod (Buffetaut, 2003)
Early Cretaceous
Thailand
Material- eggs (~30 mm), embryos
Description- prominent cnemial crest, proximomedial fibular fossa.
Reference- Buffetaut, 2003. 51st SVPCA.

The proximomedial fibular fossa excludes them from Maniraptora, thus they
were neither volant nor avian.
