Oh, you mean the smallest nonavian one? :-) *Microraptor zhaoianus* -- 48
cm, smaller than *Archaeopteryx*.

The smallest known nonavian dinosaur specimen, yes, AFAIK.

"Etc." being mammals and... birds, means, dinosaurs. :-)
