  I had apparently made a mistake in seeing the CC: addressed to the DML.
However, the sources I had for this, otherwise listed as Földt. Közl.,
showed no umlaut over the second "o" in the latter word (I would love to
know what these words means, in English), so I wrote this accordingly. If
this is the case, then I will change my notes accordingly. However, on the
issue of "cs" pronounciation, I follow the Romanian convention, and that a
partially fricative "sh", as in "z" + "sh." Hence, the form of the name of
the Baron von Nopsca I use is NAHP-sha, using the "z" in the latter
syllable. While noting that the Hungarian convention is distinct, Nopsca was
technically of Romanian descent, despite the region being in the possession
of Hungary during his life, and was an affluent German speaker, so the use
of nomenclature and pronounciation I guess depends on how you look at his
work or life, though one should prefer the original language and ethnicity.
