Hasn't been in an analysis AFAIK. *Paronychodon* has been suggested to be a
bird, so perhaps...

Wrong question. Right question: How do you define Aves? -- Besides, neither
*Scansoriopteryx* nor *Epidendrosaurus* have been included in any published
phylogenetic analysis I know of.
