Does that mean Phylocode is only going to accept
(Iguanodon + Megalosaurus)? Eeeek!!

Then howcome everybody uses the stem-based def. if it
*doesn't* have priority?

Yikes! Does that one have priority over Padian & May
since it was afterwards?
