Subject: New basal "dinosaur" genus classified

Dear All,
First let me say that the "professional" advice was duly noted, but all
it demonstrates to me is that professional insider information (which the
rest of us might not be privy to for years) gives the "professionals" a
distinct advantage.<<

Insider information, yea, right, "professionals" also have a SECRET
handshake, so you have to watch them very carefully. Yea, would I be called
a professional in your standards?

>> If I had such information, my classifications would be
far more cutting edge. It must be nice to have such "light" to "scrutinize
with" long before the rest of us do. But I don't consider my energies
misspent if I can help explain cladifications to the rest of the world. If
I am creating problems for the "professionals", they certainly have the
power to block my posts (I believe it only takes 3 people according to the
rules). So one of these days my posts could just suddenly stop. So it
goes.<<

Ok, I'll be one of them, since YOU posted that.

Much of the "professional" advice comes from schooling, like university or
collage, so I suppose they do have an EDGE over many of us (like me, since
I've only go to universities to either talk to someone or go to the library
:) ). So, "professional" advice is bad and not doing what they advice is
good because they have the "professional" edge. Another "professional" edge
stems from actually looking at specimens, another BAD thing right?

So, don't take "professional" advice, do what ever you want because the
"professional" advice is a secret thing that doesn't allow anyone else in...
