R: Segnosaurs ejected from AVES

I get it as if the animal has been described, hasn't it?? Tim was referring
to a taxon already described as having some kind of SLC, if I'm not
mistaken......now, it's not he who's got to look at the specimen to be able
to keep on saying that Beipiaosaurus has indeed a SLC, but anybody willing
to show that the contrary is true....you gotta look at the specimen for
other things, I think, otherwise we should always be looking at them and
nobody(here in the list) would actually be able to discuss about anything,
unless you're ready to buy tickets to china to every DML member willing to
discuss therizinosaurs' wrist morphology.

now, your <<you gotta look at the specimens [or shut up]..>> sounds like the
boy shouting at his younger brothers like his mom does with him...only he's
just 8 years old.... you got what i mean?

Furthermore, the problem here , with what Ken has written, has really little
(if anything at all) to do with the particular SLC issue; if you didn't get
that, we were talking about approaches to a certain kind of problems...kind
of a theoretical discussion.

I,for one, like when people present different views on highly debated
topics, bringing in some kind of evidence; clad_O_grams are part of this
thing and we may agree to warn you of the presence of those horrible results
of men's minds in the emails containing then , just to avoid you any
further headache.
