Off the top of my head (hmmm ... OTTOMH? nah...):
AFAICT: as far as I can tell
IIRC: if I recall correctly
SVP: Society of Vertebrate Paleontology (also used to refer to the annual
meeting, e.g. SVP '01)
TMK: to my knowledge (I have another use for this one as well ;)
