<today I've read the Makovicky 2001 abstract "Evolutionary history of
basal Neoceratopsia" JVP 21(3) 77A in which the author mention an unnamed
Jurassic taxon (IVPP V 12722) from Hebei China which represent the sister
taxon to Chaoyangsaurus. Initially I think that IVPP 12722 was referred to
Liaoceratops, but this is not the case, well I'm very grateful if someone
could tell me information about this unnamed taxon, expecially material,
locality, horizon, and diagnosis.>

  This taxon is being worked on at the moment, and it might be very wise
to stop talking about this as it may jeopardize publication. Please! :)
The authors have been annoyed at other preemptive work on their own
material and would have you guys be patient, and to quote Tom Holtz, "wait
for the paper..." Rest assured that you will not be dissapointed.
