There is a wonderful little book:
Rob DeSalle & David Lindley: The science of Jurassic Park and The Lost
World, or, How to build a dinosaur, BasicBooks/HarperCollinsPublishers
Highlights every single problem of the matter. Result -- it is possible in
principle, but it would require (1) the entire DNA and (2) _incredible_
amounts of time and money.
