Could we make the "Jurassic Park"?

 Hello all.
 In Japan, we can see "JURASSIC PARK III" from 8/4. And I will be able to
see this movie with good fun, because I've got some interesting information
about dinosaurs from your discussion.
 By the way, I wonder if it's possible that we can make "Jurassic Park".I
remember that dinosaur in "Jurassic Park" was cloned by using the blood that
was got from a mosquito shutted in amber. But biology says that there cannot
be the revival of the animals, if their collagen does not come to the hand.
  How could the laboratory created dinosaurs? Is it just a fantasy in the
movie?
  Or is the research done into the revival of dinosaurs in fact?

Please teach me about these two questions.
