I am working on a writing project, and I have a question on how many species of Carnivorous dinosaurs could realisticaly inhabit a given area, given optimum rainfall, space, and food. In particular, large predators (20ft+) Also, are Tyrannosaurids known to share their enviroment over any part of their range with other large dinosaur predators, like Abelisaurs, Spinosaurs, or Carcharodontosaurs? How likely would this be? Would the Tyrannosaurids crush (not to mention eat) the competition?
