Stuff for paleoartists (was: Kunmingosaurus)

I understand HP Øyvind's method and I partially agree with him. He wanna
make reconstructions as perfect as he can, but IMHO it's sometimes quite
impossible.

As amateur paleoartist, I try to make drawings based on mounted skeletons,
skeletal reconstructions or diagrams, what I can get, all studies made by
good paleontologists. What's the problem when you indicate the stuff you use
to draw a dinosaur? Of course, if a complete skeleton of, let's say,
_Noasaurus_, is ever found, it's obvious that everybody will have to make
new artwork...

I think that paleontologist's and paleoartist's work complete each other...
But maybe it would be wiser for an amateur only to draw species you have a
quite complete skeleton... But who does it? Yeah, I don't...

BTW, go on, Øyvind, you make interesting studies, like a _Megalosaurus_
skeletal reconstruction.

Just my thoughts about paleoart...
