Canotaurus Sheild

Carnotaurus is horns may have been used to keep the sun out of its eyes!!! Good for the eyes if it spotted prey or carrion. And also good for chasing a herd of dinosaurs and there was lots of sand coming in its face, and the horns could act like a sheild to the sand and sun or even rain and bushes, so it could keep up with any interference. And maybe if it was in combat with a herbivore and if it were to struck towards its eyes it would be protected, only if it raise or lowers its head to the blow. "Its maybe played hockey and some baseball" (Thats not true, what was I thinking?). Little more suggestions.
