REFS on Batrachotomus kupferzellensis postcranial materials

I've just receive my copy of "The cranial and mandibular osteology of a new
rauisuchian archosar from the Middle Triassic of southern Germany"
pubblished in "Stuttgarter Beitrage zur Naturkunde SerieB (Geologie und
Palaontologie). Well, in "Appendix I-current hypodigm of Batrachotomus
kupferzellensis" David J. Gower in the referred specimens mention a lot of
postcranial materials, well, if published, could someone tell me the exact
reference for the description of the postcranial skeleton?
