 No, we don't. The official 88 *constellation* boundaries were established
by the International Astronomical Union in the 1920s. Due to precession, the
so-called twelve astrological zodiacal "signs," while congruent with their
constellation counterparts 2000 years ago, have shifted many degrees away
from the positions that Claudius Ptolemy delineated in the first century of
the present era. Consequently, astrological charts are useless guides to the
current sky.
