The site is located at Como Bluff Wyoming.  And the animal IS_Allosaurus 
fragilis_.  The pubic boot, the bones, etc., all come from nail quarry at CB. 
 He (Bob), for some strange reason calls this animal Wyoming Raptor, so 
perhaps that is where the confusion is, but there are no charicters that 
sugest this is a new species, let alone a new genus.  It is an allosaur.  The 
bones and the teeth are also from nail quarry, it is a suspected allosaur 
lair, where food was brought back for the young.
