Re: Heterodontosaurus

>>Ha! This is weird! I have to present on these guys in a couple weeks for my
paleo class I'm auditing. I just happen to have these papers on hand, so
what would you like to know? (maybe we can start a rousing ornithischian
thread). <<

Okay, you've asked for questions and now you're going to get them. It's taken
me a day to get the backround on this genus and now I've got it.

1) What about Abrictosaurus?
2) What's this I hear about Heterodontosaurus being a prosauropod?
3) What sort of ecosystem did Heterodontosaurus live in? All I've heard is
that it lived in a "scrub"
4) Omnivory is the eccpeted diet of Heterodontosaurus, what sort of tubers and
insects did it share its habitat with? What did they look like?
5) What sort of predators would they have had?
6) I've heard Heterodontosaurus being compared to peccaries, is this a good
comparison?
7)What sort of behaviors might H. have engaged in?
8) Finaly, what do you think of this sketch
http://members.gotnet.net/maier/Dinosaurs/Heterodontosaurustucki.html
is it accurate?

Thanks in advance,
Dan
