question about archives

I'm thinking about writing an article about the bird-dino question for a 
science magazine (for youngsters).   I'm sure this debate has been discussed 
here, and would appreciate being directed to the appropriate places in the 
archives.  After I read the posts (assuming I can find them), I may contact
