Fossil question

One of my collegue's found a "fossil" in France (Jura) by the damBaraage
(river l'Ain) near the village Blye near Clairvaux-les-lacs. He thinks
its a verry old fossil of probably a tooth, i think its just a piece of
a goats horn. I have taken pictures of it and they can by watch at:
