THREE YEAR RETROSPECTIVE

On this third anniversary on my joining of the dinosaur list, and the 20th
anniversary of my birth, I feel somewhat reflective on my duration on this
list.

Over the years on this list we've seen many new dinosaurs like Giganotosaurus,
Deltadromeus, Gaspirinisaura, Einiosaurus, and some spectacular birdlike
dinosaurs such as Unenlagia and Rahona.

We've seen tyrannosaurs move into the coelurosauria, segnosaurs move into the
theropoda and Opisthocoelocaudia become a titanosaur.

We have seen the first positive evidence for feather-like structures in at
least coelurosaurian dinosaurs, if not all dinosaurs with the beautifully
preserved Sinosauropteryx specimens, as well as that roadkill of a
Protacrchaeopteryx...

All in all, I'd say this list has been good. You hear all about the new stuff
first and have real darned pros comment on it without having gone through the
filter of mass media....

In this time, I have become a vegetarian, started college, come out of the
closet, got published, and most importantly realised I didn't know everything
already.

Keep up the good work kids.
