    Sorry that you can't make it to the DinoFest.  Since I live 35 minutes
from the site (on a bad day), I would be a real idiot to miss it.

    It does seem like a hell of a lot of people are going to be there -
especially for the symposium.   My understanding is that there will be
future publication of the symposium talks and posters.  I hope that there
will be some sort of publication that shows the exhibits as well.  (The
organizers are hoping for over 500,000 people to attend.)

    I will personally have a moment of silence in remembrance of those
people who cannot make it to DinoFest, and hope that all attendees (at least
those from the DinoList) will do so as well in honor of those who are
unfortunately unable to attend - in the hopes that the next time a great
dinosaurian-type event occurs, that they WILL be able to attend  [NO  - I am
NOT being facecious].

    As to those who will be attending, good luck with parking and hotels,
and I hope to meet several of you.
