This genus is based on a single tooth, the type specimen of _Megalosaurus
dunkeri_, which might be lost (a correspondent tried to locate it at Marburg,
Germany but couldn't). I doubt you could classify it as anything more definite
than Theropoda _incertae sedis_ or Carnosauria _incertae sedis_. It's not
tyrannosaurid, at any rate.
