This is generally regarded as a synonym of _Allosaurus_. The type specimen is
a partially crushed and plastered up dentary with what appears to be some kind
of pathology at the front end (as if the front end had been bitten off). The
teeth strongly resemble those of _Allosaurus_, and it might even belong to the
well-known _Allosaurus_ skeleton that's mounted at the Smithsonian, which is
from the same quarry and is mounted with a mandible from a different and
somewhat larger individual.
