No. Kangaroo tails are heavily muscled but not stiff. They bend
up and down quite noticably while hopping, to counter balance the
legs as they move fore and aft. They are certainly not dromaeosaur-like.
When they move about at slow speeds they use them as a fifth leg, during
which they flex even more.
