Thanks, Ralph. I've been wondering when this paper would appear. The new Asian
genus _Altirhinus_ becomes #823 in the Dinosaur Genera List:

Altirhinus Norman, 1998

As Ralph notes, _Altirhinus kurzanovi_ is the new genus and species created
for the famous big-nosed iguanodontid that has been hanging around the
dinosaur literature without a name since the early 1980s.
