Re: Absurdity Blues, in both shoes
HI guys;
This is a little off the current discussion, but I was hoping that
someone
may be able to give me some help on the neat little fossil of a brain a friend
of mine found. It is a little
over 2cm long, and about 1cm wide, and according to the CT scan, there is no
debris in-
side it and it has the same consistent density throughout. It appears to me
that this is a
very rare case of soft tissue fossilization, with cell for cell replacement.
The convolutions,
the cerebral, cerebellar, brain stem, cell structures, and some nerve
attachment areas are visible. I have some pics I can send if anyone is
interested in looking it over.
Thanks,
