Looking at the above a second time, I realize that I must partially
agree with you. The statement is too strong.

The trackway evidence shows that ALL quadrupedal dinosaurs held their
front feet underneath the torso.  This provides no evidence at all
as to how *erect* the stance was - only where it placed the manus.
