It is supposed to be Pachyrhinosaurus.  It says in the show that it is
Pachyrhinosaurus (not directly, I know).  It got the volcano-nose from the
idea that is supposedly now mistaken that the roguse, assymetrical horn-boss
of P. supported a gigantic keriten growth, i.e. volcano-nose.  I doubt that
Achelusaurus (sp?) was even described when "The Dinosaurs" was made.
