Musculature and stuff

Hey all:
        I'm collecting relevant info on dinosaur hindlimb musculature and
functional morphology, especially  theropods (non-avians mostly); anyone
have good refs? I already have Romer's works, Gatesy's caudofemoralis
paper, Rowe's homology of the deep dorsal thigh musculature, and a few
others that I can't recall right now.
        Any particularly good (meaning succinct, well-diagrammed, and
generally accurate) refs on crocodilian, ratite, chicken, or roadrunner
hindlimb musculature and functional morophology would also be greatly
appreciated.
