Mickey and all. Always give people NON-EXCLUSIVE WORLD RIGHTS to anything 
you write and you will be able to reproduce it anytime and anyplace that 
you want. Also some folks have been concerned about copyright of US Govt 
pubs. As I understand it, anything the Govt publishes is in the punblic 
domain cause we paid for it. IMHO
